Obtaining finance for a mortgage can be a very daunting, and most often emotional experience. Having dealt directly with the major banks in the past when purchasing property, I have found them traditionally difficult to deal with, and lacking of any personable qualities. Making the decision to purchase property will be the biggest choice many of us ever make, so it is critical that you find a lender you can trust
As a Chartered Accountant, I am of the view that the findings from the Royal Commission into the banking sector are an indictment on the major banks and their lending practices. Mortgage Choice is an independent franchise who are working for me, the customer to achieve the best loan possible. They have been proactive, and found me a loan that suited my situation, not just a generic loan that you would get from the major banks. I can call Mortgage Choice and speak directly to my lender at any time.
This is evident as I now have an investment loan with an incredible rate with a great lender. I would like to thank Jenny Anderson in particular. Her experience, comprehensive knowledge and personable approach made the loan application process both simple and stress free. I strongly recommend using Mortgage Choice when applying for a home loan
