Craig provided multiple solutions to a complex arrangement of primary residence, rental property, and debt consolidation needs. His focus on us as the customer was fantastic, looking for every opportunity to save us money, by avoiding Mortgage loss insurance and fees. His work saved us over $30k in fees and negotiated an interest rate well below the advertised rates from the banks.

When I first bought my house I looked at 3 brokers, Smartline were fantastic at providing the service I needed in a very professional manner. The other brokers were just too hard to deal with, didn't provide feedback and were too slow. I have refinanced my loan twice since I bought my house and Smartline have bent over backward to help me. Craig Brooks has been my Personal Mortgage Adviser for several years now. Whenever I have asked Craig about any mortgage loans or general loans he has always provided the right information. No task is too hard for Craig to do. I can give an example of Craigs Commitment. Last year I had asked ANZ bank on at least 3 occasions to amalgamate two loans I had with them. Each time I asked I was denied to join the loans. A simple visit to Craig and a week later the two loans were turned into one. I was only sorry I hadn't contacted Craig earlier. I appreciated the assistance Graig Brooks gave to me and also his assistant Mary. I had gone to my bank to ask on a couple of occasions for a few loans I had to be joined together. Each time I ask the bank to join the loans I was denied. Yet a simple visit Craig Brooks, my loans are now joined together and Im finanical more secure.
