I started my career working for one of the 'big four' banks, in both the home loan customer centre and retention team. Over this time, I built extensive knowledge about how banks work internally, different bank products and how to maintain a healthy home loan.
After years working for a bank, I decided that I needed more control over what I was recommending to clients. I didn't want to have to recommend a product that didn't quite fit because I only had a limited range to choose from. I wanted to be able to have the pick of the market - the best fit for my clients. I know better than anyone that not every bank has the range of loan options to suit every buyer.
Now as a Mortgage Broker, I love offering my clients a wide range of loan options as well as using my bank experience to help the process run smoothly. I am proud to offer my home loan service in both English and Mandarin, because everyone should have access to independent home loan advice.
