Darren was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Despite multiple delays with our land registering and many annoyances with the developer and builder Darren was reliable and made sure we were able to maintain approvals so once land registered we had everything completed on the finance side ahead of settlement without stress.

We had a great experience. No faults. We were kept well informed and up to date
We initially went through another broker, after a month of us making calls, trying to organise a meeting, and getting no answers and never having calls returned. We were recommended to Darren Utz. Best move we did, we called him on Fri he came to our place on Sat and was informed he would contact the banks first thing Monday morning. Around 10am we received a call from him saying he had a bank that would look at getting us the loan. Darren always keep in touch and made everything go along nicely even when we had a few road bumps on the way he was always there to call to talk us through what was happening

Darren kept my wife and myself in the loop about anything going on with the purchase of our house. We have and will in the future, recommend Darren to our family and friends.
There were a few confusing times through the process (i.e. when the lawyer didn\'t receive settlement email from bank due to wrong email address) but in the end after many grey hairs for Darren ( I am sure) we got there. We will be recommending this service to all our family and friends.

After being disappointed with the lack of interest from another provider that I\'ve done business with for several years I contacted Darren Utz. Apparently my mortgage was too small and there wouldn\'t be enough in it for them... amazing!

Everything was easy, he was in regular contact to keep me updated and everything went smoothly.
There were serious problems with both the process by which the chosen mortgage provider went through the application stage - to the stage where the credit requirements were an absolute joke & not commercial at all + took roughly 2 months to complete - then the discharging mortgagee failed to meet the obligations under the existing mortgage contract - the process was an absolute disaster & if I hadn't been distracted on other things I would have pulled the plug & walked away. Throughout the process Darren was harrassing the outgoing bank & the senior staff from the incoming bank - unfortunately there was little impact but I certainly felt that Darren was going into bat for me - the providers need a lesson in customer service & management of expectations as the outcome left a sour taste & continues to do so
