David Bongetti was an absolute pleasure to talk to during our home loans process. We had many rookie queries and concerns as this is our first home but he was very patient, approachable and prompt in his responses. Even when he's very busy he makes it a point to respond to the mails on the same day. I made quite a few tweaks to the loan structure and lender and he was very forthcoming with his suggestions to help. He gave the correct advise regarding my settlement timelines for a smooth approvals from the bank. Also he did a lot of hard work chasing up the bank for loan approval before Christmas so we celebrated our Christmas break with the relief that our dream home deal was finally through. Smartline also had the most competitive rate for fixed + variable amongst all the lenders which is why I went ahead with them. I would definitely recommend Smartline and especially David to any of my friends.
