David M was easily contactable. He was able to work to a set timetable to achieve settlement. He offered a few package options that were competitive with information available online from other service providers and banks. Follow up service has been offered and is happy to continue to review products during the term of the loan to achieve savings for myself and an ongoing income for himself through commissions or through whatever structure a broker earns income.

David, Sharon and Michaela are fantastic. They are responsive to both online and phone enquiries, with a fast turn around. This helps to alleviate some of the stress felt when trying to secure a loan or refinance.

I have never purchased a house before, and so have only ever heard of others\' tales of how it is one of the most stressful things you\'ll do in your life.
However when I finally did take the leap, and used David McManus, I found it the polar opposite - I never had any problems, the transition was seamless, and there were never any surprises or \"OS\" moments. He even took the time out to make his way to my house, to cater for our timetables!

I was persuaded by an employee of a big four bank to let them try to compete for my business. I advised that I was very happy with my broker, but I would afford them the opportunity. What a mistake and one that I won't make again! Dealing with the banks direct is really not worth it, time consuming, frustrating and ultimately they were unable to deliver on any of the promises made. I have and will continue to recommend David's services to anyone who needs a true professional to assist them. Lesson learnt!

I am very happy with the smartline services. From my first meeting with my smartline adviser, who I believe worked out the best loan option for my situation, through to getting a suitable loan extension I was looked after very well. My smartline adviser always responds to me immediately and keeps me updated with what needs to be done, timelines, etc. So far there has not been a question my smartline adviser couldn't answer. But the best thing is that I feel my smartline adviser works in MY best interest and not in the interest of a preferred financial institution like some others.
