In brief consulting a particular service provider to somewhat resurrect my current financial status can be both daunting and a little embarrising. Not any more.Dennis covered a multitude of angles to assist me.Therefor when the time is right I will engage his services again.

Kim and I had a difficult circumstance to get through and thought it would be almost impossible for us to get a loan of any sort to buy a house with. Dennis was always available to us and explained the entire process to us clearly and made us feel confident that we would achieve a positive result. He helped us set up a savings plan and stick to it. We reached our target with funds and were able to get a CBA investment loan for our home purchase. We are so very happy with this result and would highly recommend this service to any one uncertain about how to get started with finance for any purchase. FROM FIRST PHONE CALL I HAD WITH GENERAL QUESTIONS I FOUND DENNIS FRIENDLY AND HAPPY TO OUTLINE THE PROCESSES ETC ON OFFER. AT THAT STAGE WE WERE JUST LOOKING INTO IT BUT THINGS CHANGED PRETTY MUCH OVER NIGHT AND ANY CONCERNS ETC THAT I HAD WERE SORTED WHEN I CONTACTED DENNIS FOR HIS SERVICES. I FOUND DEALING WITH DENNIS A FARE BETTER OPTION THAN DIRECTLY WITH MY BANK (WHO IN THE END WE STAYED WITH). WOULD RECOMMEND SERVICE FOR SURE WITH A HASSLE FREE OUTCOME, THNAKS YOU !

As I was buying my first home I had lots of questions and didn\'t really know where to start. Dennis and his staff were a great help, they kept me informed at each step of the loan process and helped me get a great loan for my needs I would highly recommend them.

I was very suprised on how easy it was with the Mortgage gallery. I work away non stop and they were always on to me when ever i needed or even just keeping in contact to keep me up to date with how things were going. Dennis was sometimes hard to get as most business people are while working during the day. He was very good at returning calls fast and within 24hrs sometimes even in 30minutes to an hour with the information to answer the questions i had asked. I would strongly recommend himself and The Morgage Gallary to anyone looking for information about loans.

Could have gotten better rate from a non-panel lender. The loan I ended up with I had found myself prior to talking to Smartline. Value for me was having someone facilitate the process.
