Mark helped us get our first home and was so amazing throughout the whole process. He was recommended to us through our friends who also had a great experience with him.
When we first met he made the effort to come to our house for a few hours to explain the full process in detail and made the daunting task of buying a house very achievable. Mark was very good at explaining things in the terms that we could understand and made sure we were able to follow along.
Throughout the process he was very kind and put up with all of my text messages and phone calls with all sorts of questions. With our busy work schedule he always made time for us and worked after hours when we needed it and always got back to me within a day.
Mark had our finance approved within the first week after our contact was signed and it was smooth sailing from there. We had no issues with him at all and wouldn't hesitate recommending him.
It's now 7 months down the track and I've messaged Mark another question and he has already called me back and answered my questions once again.
We went into the home buying process with extremely limited knowledge about the things that come with buying a house. Mark Evans is extremely knowledgeable about the process, answered all questions we had, was very friendly and approachable and ensured that everything happening was beneficial for us as buyers.
We are settling our contract this week and were very happy with the service he provided in finding us an appropriate loan, referring us to solicitors and other services required, and being flexible with our work schedules.

Have the greatest respect for Don Kerr has a mortgage broker, financial whiz and gifted mathematician. It does not take a lot of time with Don to establish that he's a deep thinker and is happy to share the best of his knowledge for which you should take heed.
Don is a very easy person to deal with; he has a lovely friendly manner and explained things we didn't understand very well. Even though we'd been through this before it is still overwhelming. Lenders etc who do this on a regular basis tend to forget that even though it's simple to them it is not to us. Don didn't come across like that at all, which we appreciate very much. Don has been great at keeping us up to date on how things progress, last thing you want is to be wondering what is happening. Even though we were unsuccessful with other banks, Don kept going until he found one that would work for us. He has been a pleasure to deal, nothing compared to good old fashion people skills. Thank you Don!
I was worried about refinancing and all the work that goes with it. Cameron and I are very busy working full time, studying and have 3 Kids, so it has been a relief to deal with people that know what they are doing and that are so helpful in getting things done. I would certainly recommend Mortgage Choice, and in particular Don.
