My partner and I went to an initial consultation with Elliot Simmons at Mortgage Choice late last year. We were extremely impressed with the services and information we were provided and left knowing that we could start searching for our first home. Once we placed an offer, Elliot helped us every step of the way, was always very prompt in answering emails and phone calls and explained everything in detail. We needed an extremely quick turnaround on our finance approval 7 days and Elliot managed to find us a lender within this short timeframe. Being recently discharged bankrupt, we approached Elliot at Mortgage Choice with more than a little trepidation - we knew that we were ready to re-enter the mortgage belt but were wary of how we would be seen by a broker and financier.
Elliot was completely positive from our first meeting, and put our insecurities to rest from the outset. He really did have our best interests to the fore, and introduced us to a product that suited our situation entirely, then made the processes as simple as possible.
