Emmanuel is wise and he gave me excellent advice. His demeanour is calm which made a stressful time much easier.
His industry knowledge is excellent and I highly recommend him.

Emmanuel was very patient throughout the searching and purchase of a property and made me feel comfortable with sound recommendations.
My settlement can only be described as BAD! My broker did everything in his power to try to fix the mistake made by the bank on my file and even came over at 8pm on a Sunday night to sign up amended documentation.
Emmanuel goes beyond the call of duty and it is great to know that someone as passionate as he is to help has got your back!

I had a very complicated application for a home loan being self employed, if it had not been for Emanuel, i don't think i would have been able to buy my home
My loan adviser gave me advice when I started looking for a property so I didn't have to wait until I found a property to find out whether I could afford it. This meant that when I was looking for a property I was already aware of what I could afford and how the loan would be structured and there were no surprises at loan signing time.

I found Emmanuel very helpful, however i have found Advatedge staff to be un co-operative. Hopefully in the future i will not experience this again with Advantedge staff

The wide range of loans available to choose from. The speed and efficiency with which the loan was approved.
I was happy with the choice of loan and the process up to the loan being approved. I felt like I didn't have enough info or follow up post purchase of property regarding account numbers, etc.
