I've worked with Theo now for about 10 years for at least 5 loans on a number of properties. Theo and the team have always come through with providing me a great rate loan package that suits our needs. They have been able to work with our complicated financial circumstances to secure us the loans we wanted for the properties we bought. Theo is also great to have a chat with for ideas to improve our financial position.
Theo is definitely the expert, he helped us find the best deal for our situation. Helping guide us thru the process and bank forms. Stress free We had absolutely no idea what we were doing but Theo was patient and clear, explaining everything we needed to know. Mortgage Choice in Essendon are professional and on top of it. Its really conforting to know that when you are buying your forever home, the mortgage broker makes it as easy as possible for your. Fab went out of his way to make sure that this process was a easy as possible for us. He was readily available, even after hours for some phone calls, to answer any questions we needed.

My journey starts at calling around all the big banks looking to refinance my home loan.

It was my first home loan and found the entire process very straight forward and stress free.
Theo was easy to get a hold of, and always very happy to provide a range of lending scenarios based on different deposits and houses we where looking at etc.
We had a 120 day settlement and was very happy that the rate lock option was proposed, has saved us thousands for the first 3 years.

Mortgage Choice in Essendon made getting an mortgage for a regional property too easy. After being messed around by one of the major banks, Mortgage Choice was able to tell us that we were in a position to make an offer almost immediately and followed up with very good advice and a simple process to get the mortgage needed.
After trying for so long to refinance my home loan, reached out to Theo who was able to make it possible. He explained the entire process clearly and in an easy manner to understand. He was very patient and always communicated regularly throughout the process. Theo and Tamara send an update every Friday evening on where your application is at which was very helpful Only downfall was the process time for the bank I went through but that wasn't Theo's fault. Theo always followed up and got back to me. Shout out to Tamara who was also incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Highly recommend

Theo talked through each of the schemes - First Home Owners Grant First Home Low Deposit Scheme and allowed us to make an educated decision.
