Would highly reccomend Flynn as he helped with purchasing a property and he explains things in simple terms to make things easier to understand

Hi Flynn / William, Just want to say thank you to you both for all the assistance you've provided. Certainly made the purchase process so easy for Sharon & myself.
The guys constantly kept us informed of how our application was progressing and took care of everything making the whole refinancing process easy.
Thanks again for all your help throughout the process. Your advice and feedback along the way made the process much easier for me. There is just so much to know as a first home buyer so it was great to have someone there to help along the way. Please pass on my thanks to William as well. Flynn came to our home,which is great for my husbands busy life. He makes you feel really comfortable and clearly knows what he is talking about. We felt we could trust everything he said. He was very efficient in everything he did. You feel like he is a friend rather than someone doing a job for you. We were thrilled with the service we received from Flynn.
We have delt with other brokers before and were very unsatisfied and went above their head direct to the bank. Flynn service is just outstanding and even the real estate agent we bought thru was very impressed from his end.. before we have even signed the contract Flynn has spoken to agent regarding rental letters, copies of contract and various other documents. We would not hesitate to recommend and we are already looking at purchasing another rental property thru him. We found out about Flynn through our neighbour who was also very impressed with level of high customer service.. Its good to see some people still have customer service.
There has never been a question too big or small, nor a time that is too inconvenient for Flynn. He has helped us for years and I always give his name and card to anyone I know looking for a broker. Flynn really knows his stuff - and works hard to give us the best scenario for US. I have full trust in the knowledge Flynn has in the industry which is extremely important when making huge financial decisions and commitments.
Great personal service, all queries answered (plenty raised!) - nothing was too much trouble and all details provided.
