Garry is an amazing person from the beginning. He answered and explained me all my queries.
Only thing I did is gave him the my documents and details that he asked for. He did the market scanning, research and came back with few great options. Even he negotiated with the bank for me multiple times to get extensions for me. The deal was definitely one of the best offers amongst banks that time.
Garry worked closely with my conveyancer and made sure the settlement happens on time without any issues.
We can't thank Garry enough for helping us with our refinance. Always professional, helpful and knowledgeable, Garry guided us through the whole process, with a wonderful sense of humour - highly needed during COVID restrictions and Melbourne's extended lockdowns. Buying a home, especially if it's your first can be daunting and full of unknowns.

Had an unusual property type that I couldn't find a lender for on my own. Garry was able to find a lender for me and guided me throughout the entire process, even providing sound advice on property related issues that were not directly related to his role as mortgage broker. OUTSTANDING Garry went above and beyond to assist us with negotiating our mortgage and proceeding to settlement. We were first home buyers and he was endlessly patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and an absolute advocate on our behalf when it came to dealing with the lenders as well as the solicitors. This is the second time that we've worked with Garry for our financing needs. Garry goes above and beyond of what you would expect from a mortgage broker. Garry was referred to us by our neighbour. When I rang him the first time I was able to make out straight away that he knew what he was doing. He was extremely easy to deal with. And you can ring him after hours as well. I was not expecting a phone call from him after 1 month of loan settlement, but yes he rang to se that every thing was sorted.
We had the distinct pleasure with dealing with Garry Megalogenis at Mortgage Choice, who, with his knowledge and expertise with dealing with the banks was able to secure a home loan for our family and got us into our home. The Bank was being very stringent with us at the time, however, Garrys professionalism shone through and if it wasn't for the determination and persistence of Garry we would still be renting and paying off someones elses mortgage. Garry was amazing, he helped us get our first home loan and navigate through all the different options and choices to get the perfect loan for us at a really low rate. Mortgage choice is great because it has a huge variety of lenders so you have more options.

I could not fault the service experience I've had with Garry during my recent refinance process.
