I have many years of experience in Finance. I have also had experience as a Property Consultant.

Brokers Assistant 

Rhys graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Applied Finance.

Once our financial brokers have submitted your loan application, I’m the one who makes sure it stays on track, with a positive outcome and the motivation behind every application.  My job is to stay in touch with the lenders to make sure we get you your approval on time and then get you to settlement.  Whether it’s a new home, an investment or refinancing a loan, I’ll keep you up to date. 

Rhys has gained valuable experience from his background in customer service and hospitality, he understands the importance of communication between broker, lender and client.

Owner & Office Manager

Carmen is part owner of the franchise and the Office Manager. Carmen has extensive experience in finance, administration, customer service and office management with over 20 years working in accounting and service industry. 

Carmen says, “without a doubt the most important function is to ensure we give each client an exceptional customer experience”. Carmen oversees the daily operations of the business liaising with all staff, including lenders and our valued clients.
