George went above and beyond to make sure I was granted a mortgage. George had to overcome and deal with incompetent bank staff, who made his job way more differcult than it should have been. He achieved this all with his friendly, tolerant personality

I had heard great things about George from family members and he did not disappoint. He was so helpful in finding the best rates and then with all of the forms and even managed to get me extra money from the bank. George was very helpful in securing our loan with Westpac. There was a few hiccups along the way with Westpac's handling of the situation which was out of George's hands however he was excellent in pursuing matters with Westpac and resulting in a good outcome.

My experience with Smartline was Excellent, easy to contact, very happy with the loan options that were advised to me and very happy with the end result on my first mortgage.
During the loan process, George misled me on one occasion. Also during the loan process he delayed approval by up to 1 week due to family issue and by 2 weeks by thinking that the building contract was not needed. Anyway loan had been approved in future i will revert back to my old morgage broker Mark Deveney, i was recommended George by ideal homes. I must admit the CBA made it hard due to my self employment however George made it harder at times however we did get approved and that was with Georges help.
Went out of his way to ensure bank delivered on time and was quick to resolve issues especially with incorrect charging
The service provided in establishing a home loan to best fit our needs in the current market was outstanding. Our concerns and questions were always answered and explained thoroughly and when the bank was dragging their feet, our advisor was constantly in contact with them and ourselves to get the settlement through. I was out of the country when my latest home was about to go to settlement and George acted on my behalf and the process went through without a hitch. He is now helping my daughter with her first loan application and he has been enormously patient in providing her with as much help as possible. Unfortunately the bank was difficult & convaluted, the solicitor made massive mistake, but overall George was excellent to deal with and always trying to help out.
Since you change your company change over from Mortgage Force to Smartline, i believe their is no back up support for your advisor.
i used george for my initial home and he was a huge help, i decide to go through george again based on his past performance and he did not dissapoint.We had issuues with our purchaser but george was always readily available and willing to help any way he could. Even though its definately one of the most stressful things you do, buying a house, george made it so much easier.
We had a lot of trouble with major delays in having our Bank complete our loan on time. George was extremely helpful in keeping them in line and doing his best to hurry them up right throughout the process.
