Glenn was very prompt in his communications through our refinancing process and made it as easy as possible.

I would highly recommend Glenn to anyone who needs a mortgage broker, especially to those who are buying for the first time. My partner and I were first time buyers and from the outset Glenn made the process easy. He walked us through scenarios, was a great communicator, and was very prompt in responding to all of our questions. Glenn secured us a great rate and also assisted with property reports and advice along the way.

It's not often you meet someone so genuinely passionate about what they do. From chatting over a coffee about getting into the property market right up to receiving a phone call to let me know my loan was approved Glenn was always engaged and took genuine interest in my journey. I have been working with Glenn for years on a myriad of different loans and options, he has always been great to deal with and I have recommended him to family and friends repeatedly and will continue to do so..
We had issues with our bank and valuations during the approval for the construction loan of our new home. Glenn was reccommended to us and answered a lot of questions we had during this very stressful period. He is extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease during a very confusing time.
He then assisted us with finding a new lender and getting our loan approved in a very short timeframe in order to meet the contract deadlines for our builder.
He took the time to go through the process with us in detail and kept in constant communication to provide us consistant updates and made the whole experience much easier.
I highly reccommend Glenn to anyone wanting to discuss their financing journey.

Glenne was fantastic to deal with, he listened to our needs, and delivered the right loan in line with what we were after BUT the best thing is, he was always contactable, this proccess can be stressful but having Glenne there ready to assist is priceless. For us this was a refinance and Glenne by far out performed our previous broker. I would highly recommend Glenne for any loan.

I cannot say enough about Glenn's service. As a single mum, taking out a mortgage for the first time, everything about the property buying process was daunting. Without Glenn's guiding, steady and reassuring hand, I'm not sure I would have gotten through it all!
Glenn was referred to me by a mutual friend when I told her that I wasn't too happy with the broker I had at the time. I'll always try and support women in business where I can, but I found my former broker a bit condescending and almost like she was doing me a favour when she was returning a call of mine. Glenn could not have been more different. There was never any "mansplaining", no matter how many ways he might have needed to explain something for me to understand! He was patient, knowledgeable and supportive--even helping me grapple with property questions that had nothing to do with the mortgage application process.
Finding a good mortgage broker is like finding a good GP. You know you're going to walk a long road with them and trusting their advice can have serious consequences for your life. Once you find a good one, you never let them go. I couldn't be happier to have "found" Glenn. He will be my go-to person for any bank lending issues and I will recommend him to anyone who could use his services.

I went to see Glenn to ask some questions as a first home buyer. Glenn explained the process and advised that as a first home buyer I may be able to purchase a property, we ran through the schemes and the process and what is needed to seek approval for the suitable loan from the bank.
Glenn made the process much easier and as stress free as possible for me as a first home buyer and felt like someone that I could truly trust and rely on.
I am thankful that as a first home buyer I had Glenn, he is amazing at all aspects of the job and would truly recommend him to everyone that is looking to purchase property!

Glenn did an amazing job to make us feel informed and at ease throughout the whole process. He met with us around our schedules and didn’t mind the crazy kids or puppy interrupting during our meetings.
