Graham Mel were absolutely amazing through the whole process. Graham has a very relaxed nature to him and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. For any queries I did have regarding information on my loan or some concerns with the bank not updating me with certain information, Mel was there to assure me that she would follow up and provided anything I needed. What a team at the Victoria Street Mortgage Choice I have used another Mortgage Choice before although their customer service could not compare to the team at Victoria Street Would highly recommend and will most definitely coming back to Graham with future property investments in the future. My Home Loan lending experience proved to be very arduous and time-consuming due to multiple External factors affecting the overall lending process but the assistance, dedication and professionalism from the Mortgage Choice team especially Melissa Pasquale Loan Consultant @ Mortgage Choice proved to be the catalyst in getting my Home Loan across the line. I appreciated the consistent communication and diligence shown throughout the entire process by the Mortgage Choice team and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I cant speak high enough about Graham and his team from Mortgage choice Mackay. I have used these guys for the purchase of my 1st property in 2021 and recently securing my 2nd in March 2023. Through the process of purchasing my 1st property I had absolutely no idea where to start Graham was very clear when explaining all the different options for my situation and how the system works He was also very honest and didn't beat around the bush.
One of the things I found great from these guys was whenever I called for any questions weather it be for Graham, Davida or any other team member If those individuals were busy or out of the office I could always get the answer or information I was after though whoever I spoke to.
