We would recommend Greg to everyone and anyone looking for mortgage advice. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave expert advice, and helped us secure a fantastic deal on our home loan. Greg helped us not only with our home loan but advised us throughout the process of buying our first home, including putting in our offer and applying for the First Home Buyer Scheme. He was flexible with his time, meeting us after normal business hours to suit our work schedule. His communication was quick and easy to understand, and he was available over multiple platforms including email, text message and zoom. We are so grateful for Greg's awesome work.

Greg & Mandy made this process very easy for me. We dealt mostly with Greg and he always made himself available for our many questions! Greg explained my options to me in simple terms and saved me a great amount of angst - we had multiple loans that needed to be refinanced, which made life complicated for me, but clearly not for Greg as he was right across everything in a very short amount of time. Greg obviously enjoys what he does and it shows in his work.

My adviser was great, Big Thanks to Greg Wilkinson for all his help and continued help. We had issues with Smartline and the lenders themselves which I wasn't happy about but Greg got the result we were after!

I love the bloke ..he went out of his way to do anything to get the deal done...it felt like he was helping a family member his grand mother or his girlfriend...not total strangers....very happy indeed
Greg was incredible. He filled multiple gaps left by dysfunctional banks 1) Westpac Wahroonga who have little clue what they are doing and an attitude to match. 2) CUA who could not find out that and why they rejected an incoming payment when I asked them but Greg was able to find out. Greg was incredibly supportive and available under the most unusual and difficult circumstances. I was rather particular in how information was emailed between us and he showed great initiative, flexibility and accommodation in carrying this out.
There are 2 main reasons I used a broker (after a horrible experience with one of the big 4 banks). 1) I can look up reviews of a broker on the Internet - Greg has a huge number of recent 5 out of 5's. (I can't do this for bank staff), 2) Contestability of offers between financial institutions. I really likes SmartLine's philosophy of help in the community.
Greg made the process of purchasing a property easy The best interest rate was found and we are very impressed that the process was so smooth .

Due to a family break up i needed to be able to afford to purchase a mortgage to buy my husband out of the existing home. Greg was wonderful, sympathetic, understanding nothing was never too much trouble. I asked Greg the same questions over and over again and it was never a problem he was and is more than a mortgage broker, he has given me advice on other areas of my finance and im so glad I met up with Greg as he was an angel of advice when I really was feeling very vulnerable. Wherever I go or whatever I do in the future Greg will be my first point of call for any financial decisions I cannot recommend Greg more. I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to champion. And now the mnortgage is set up he is still checking in on me and making sure Im on track. No more could be done to add to an already impeccable service.

I would not own the lovely home that I do now if Greg Wilkinson had not gone the extra mile to source a mortgage that would accept a pension as income. After the mortgage was approved I went straight to Greg for assistance and advice throughout the build as I have never built a home before and there are lots of unexpected decisions and costs that crop up for immediate attention.
Greg provided me with a range of loan options and advised which one was best for me and why. Greg was easy to understand, always available to talk and explain things and made it as easy as possible for me to provide the information required to secure my loan.
Greg helped tremendously to purchase our new property. He was very accessible and worked through all our issues, questions and needs to assist us to obtain the best property loan to meet our needs. In the changing regulatory environment, we were worried about who would write our loan but Greg navigated well and got the loans approved for us.
