Harrie worked with me for 2.5 years while I worked through the process of buying my house. He (and Gjoko) made the process as seamless and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend them and sing their praise to anyone who will listen!

I may be slightly biased towards my adviser as Harrie is my cousin. But in saying that, if I thought he was a dud I wouldn’t recommend him to my friends and I most certainly would. He definitely went into “work mode” when we discussed our mortgage needs and was always trying to think of the best options for me and my partner. Harrie is clearly knowledgeable but speaks in an easy to understand manner. We are happy with the solution we were offered and wouldn’t hesitate to use Smartline again in the future. It’s been a pleasurable and easy journey.

I have been using Mortgage Gallery for many years and my adviser has been Harrie Swanson each time. I have obtained four mortgages and it has been seamless everytime. I always feel like I am getting the best deal and nothing has ever been too hard. I ended up with an investment property when I thought it was not possible. Old fashioned 'can do', which is so rare these days.

I had a very tight schedule for the land settlements and Harrie did a wonderful job to make the application approved within a short time and save me thousands of dollars. We didn't have the easiest of transactions to put up to the bank, however Harrie didn't bat an eyelid and got the approval for us and kept in touch the entire process. I will certainly be coming back to deal with him in the future.
