Ian was amazing the through whole process. Gave lots of options and explained very well the benefits and drawbacks to each option. He took care of all paperwork and made the whole process very simple. He was also very patient with us as we did take a while to decide which way was best for us. Not pushy at all.

Ian has done a superb job organising a very competitive loan for me for an investment property. He even went further with my bank and was able to have some other loans reviewed with the result being a lower interest rate leading to a significant annual saving. Ian listens carefully, takes into account his clients needs and does all the hard work very efficiently, and with excellent and timely communication. Top marks for excellent service all round.

Being a Boomer with a ridiculously high home loan interest rate and thinking I had no hope of refinancing, I threw a Hail Mary email out to Ian to see if he could help me... Well... Ian has shown the patience of a saint with us- no matter how many times we called him during weird hours or weekends, no matter how many times we asked, "can you please explain that again?"- Ian was able to take the stress out of buying a home in a crazy market by being honest, pragmatic, knowledgeable, professional but also just a great guy.
