We’ve been using Chris for a few years now and he’s been fantastic, highly disappointed we didn’t start using him when we bought our first place.
Chris was great throughout the process. From the start, to extending the pre-approval when needed and at the buying stage and finally finishing it up. He was clear and let me know what I needed to do. And was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had throughout the process.
Chris Gallagher was hands down fantastic. A true professional in every sense of the word. At least five times I’d call him on a weekend or after hours and he’d answer with a happy tone, never phased. He explained everything to us in clear detail.

Chris nearly always had the answer to any queries immediately, but when he didn\'t he would get back to us straight away. Our transition from existing loans to new loans was smooth and unhindered, and his recommendations turned out to be spot on. Chris instilled great confidence in us, and made moving house far less stressful as a result. Couldn\'t have asked for a better outcome - thanks Chris!

Ian was able to guide us and help us to understand how to get the most out of our loan. He was able to explain things in simple terms even when things were complex and I had silly questions.

Chris being a very new broker was learning as we both progressed the loan application. I found Chris to be very accommodating with his time and advice. We had some hickups along the way which created some anxiety. Whilst the selltement occurred two days after anticipated, the issues during the journey were not entirely of Chris\' making, but primarily a lack of bank support. I\'m not sure what my expectations of Chris were at the time of commencing the loan application, but he excelled at his committment to keep me informed, availability and working through any issues. I would be happy to engage Chris again for any further loan requiements.
Chris went above and beyond what he needed to do. Our loan was very complicated and the other financial institution was not acting professional. He worked hard to make things happen and he did. we are so super pleased.

Ian provided outstanding service in assisting me get my latest home loan. This was the second time I have used Ian for a loan and again he met expectations. It was reassuring that Ian was in regular communication with the solicitor and bank, so when settlement came, I did not have very much to worry about. Ian has always and continues to be professional, thorough, easy to contact. He has been very patient with me explaining every step of the process. We enquired with a few brokers before meeting Ian and we were so relieved to have found Ian he was by far the best this we new straight away. He was able to think outside the box which is one quality we found a lot of others brokers did not have. We have already recommended Ian to friends and family and continue to do so.

In summary, Ian Bennetts is fantastic!
During the process there were some issues with the time the bank was taking for approvals. When I first started looking at home loans I was unsure whether to use a broker or not. Ian\'s handling of the issues proved to me that the process is so much easier with a broker.
Given we were buying and selling a property I was a little overwhelmed with the process to follow. We had chosen to remain with our existing bank which is not well known for making anyone\'s life easy however I was not 100% clear on our loan arrangements and next steps as we neared the end. I\'m not sure this if this is bank or advisors role. Overall we were really happy with Ian and trusted him 100%.

Ian is great to work with and has made purchasing both our properties very easy.
Ian was very quick in responding to my questions but we never had any conversation regarding different loan types, he simply suggested a particular bank as he felt it was the best one to go for. I was the one asking him questions and seemed to be rather one sided, he did not explain the process unless i asked. He did his job, he was dilligent and was very quick in getting all correspondance together but i would have appreciated some more Smart line led communication.
As Ian is my brother, and I know that he is wildly incompetent at most things, my expectations were completely blown out of the water when he managed to organise a home loan for us. Did he pick the right home loan for us. Don’t know, he tells us he did, and he walks away smiling, so no doubt it was the right home load for him. Was he readily contactable, No – I keep getting his voice mail message which references Mortgage Force and tells me to press the “#” key when I am done. It appears that he is still operating in the 90’s. While we are on that topic, any chance that his photo profile can be updated, it’s about 10 years old! Otherwise, all good. We’d use him again, but only cause he’s family….

the bank neglected to inform us about some items
Ian was fabulous! I was recommended him by my cousin who said how flexible Ian was in terms of meeting outside work hours, collecting paperwork and returning to the bank etc. In the few days before my loan was settled I must have contacted Ian 5 times a day by phone and email. He never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or annoying. I can't sing Ian's praises highly enough! THANK YOU IAN!

I have been having issues with the follow up of my loan changes with the commonwealth bank. I am not sure how many of these issues are with the Commonwealth and how many are with Ian.
