Finances are not my strongest point as I am concerned about the consequences should I make a bad decision. This is the fourth occasion we have used Jane\'s services because she is exceptional at what she does and no matter what problem we throw at her she always comes up with a solution.
Jane was extremely professional at all times during the process. She was contactable at all hours, provided sound advice and demonstrated comprehensive knowledge regarding all aspects of the approval process. My wife and I would not hesitate to use Jane\'s services again in the future and cannot recommend her highly enough to friends and family.

Not only did she assist in getting us a better rate, she then notified us of delayed settlement and followed up to see that everything was okay. Jane was fantastic. She found us a great deal on finance of our new home, and saved us thousands by restructuring existing investment loans. I have been one of Jane's client for "eternity". Not once has she disappointed me in providing the best advice related to my mortgage and investment loans. She always gets back to me almost immediately, even when she is on holiday (yeh, what's with that Jane? - although I appreciate it very much). When communicating with Jane, she is always giving me her full attention, she understands my concerns and even answers some of my stupid questions in the most polite way :) I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone (perhaps not, as I want her to myself !).
Jane was very kind and helpful in explaining the mortgage and loan process. Jane was also very organised and diligent in ensuring that I had completed and submitted all the paperwork correctly.

What I liked most about our experience was that I felt our discussions were on more of a personal level. Our adviser provided prompt, informative and friendly service unlike other financial institutions.

I liked the fact that Jane was contactable anytime unlike my own banker whom was supposed to be there for me. She made sure that she had requested all the relavant info from me at the start & not keep coming back for bits & pieces down the track. She kept me informed at all times with the progress of the loan.
