Incredibly happy with the re-financing service provided by Janelle at Mortgage Choice Campbelltown. She went out of her way to secure the best deal for us. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any mortgage needs you might have. You will not find anyone who works harder for you. Can not rate highly enough.
Not sure where I would be without this guy in my corner. You can clearly see when you meet Garry that he has extensive knowledge in his area of work. Franco at Mortgage Choice Narellan has been our broker for the past 14 years and in that time he has assisted us several times with our home loan and other financial interests. Whenever weve needed advice or assistance with lending Franco has been more than willing to help us out.
We recently had the pleasure in utilising Francos services once again in September 2019 when we sold our house and purchased another. He was on the ball when it came time to organising our finances and from a financial side we were able to remove that stress from the moving process.If youre looking for a broker we would definitely recommend Franco. Over the past couple of years, we have had Lloyd and your team look after us when it came to settling on our land and now construction loan.
This will probably sound long winded, but we think it is necessary in order for us to extend our thanks.
We are so beyond thankful for everything Lloyd has done for us over the years.
It might sound bizarre that we say "years" and it looks as if it was a roller coaster with some set backs (which there was), but it just proves how you guys view your clients and how you manage to keep them around! We always found that Lloyd never gave up on us.
We first came to you in May of 2017, and we we walked in quite naive thinking we could get a loan, especially because we were in our early 20's, BUT Lloyd always figured out a way to get us across the line.
We always felt that he went above and beyond for us, and definitely showed his professionalism, but also knew how to build a rapport.
We had seen other mortgage brokers that would push and push, and be so impatient, but Lloyd took his time and made sure to explore every avenue to get us the best deal and ensured we understood what was being thrown at us. We never felt like we were signing away a loan for commission. It felt he genuinely loves his job and dealing with people.
It amazes me that, although he was going through a big personal issue in his life, he still managed to help us along the way, which I'm sure he did for others too.
We will be forever grateful for all that he has done for us. We understand that it is his job and he probably does it day in-day out, but we would definitely not be in the position we are in now if it wasn't for him. (In a lot of debt, but setting us up in life)
We honestly cannot recommend you guys enough! I am amazed the extent you will all go through to ensure we come out the other end happy with the service we have received, and obviously with a loan in our hands!
You probably don't think it is much, but it has meant a lot to us. We appreciate all the help, support, back and forth with the banks; it has all been worth it!
