In years past we used to organise our own home loans and finances but in 2016, we were referred to Jason at Mortgage Choice back then he was based in Toowong. Anyway, we've been going back to Jason ever since and he and his awesome team always exceed our expectations I'm so greatful having met Jason and tapping into his expertise, customer service and knowledge. Aaron and his team kept us informed with every aspect of our loan and nothing was ever a hassle to them. Aaron went over and above to challenge CBA on our house valuation to get our loan approved. They were always very reassuring, professional and most helpful. I will be recommending Aaron to any of my friends or family that wish to purchase a house or refinance. They made buying a house really easy and I can't speak highly enough about the service they provided.
The process from start to finish was perfect. They came to my home and answered all my questions and gave me all the information that I needed. The team at Mortgage Choice helped me all the way through. When I phoned, they answered! When I left messages, they replied quickly! Thanks again to Diann and the team.
