Couldnt have been easier. Jason made the whole process extremely simple and transparent.
Jason went way beyond expectations and kept us informed the whole way through the process of our home loan. Nothing was impossible. Any request that we made of Jason was met. Took my pestering phone calls day n night. I highly recommend Jason. I can't fault this man
Jason was a fantastic broker He assisted me with my first home purchase and was always available and willing to answer my questions. He was very knowledgable and carefully walked me through the whole process. He even responded to requests while away on his holidays Would highly reccomend Jason
I reached out to Jason about 12 months before I was ready to purchase a property as a first time buyer. Jason put in an immense amount of effort into analysing my circumstances and he kept in touch regularly, answering many silly questions along the way. Jason fought for my best interests when dealing with the banks and did not accept a 'no' if he felt they had made an error. The settlement process was stress free because Jason outlined and checked in at every step of the way. I have never had to wait for a call back or a response to an e-mail, he's on it right away. As others have rightfully said, Jason is hard working, professional and an expert in his field. And to top it off, he's also a funny guy
Jason was very helpful throughout the process of refinancing my home loan. I have been in the property market for 35 years owning 6 homes and one investment property and until now I have always dealt directly with banks. Jason was recommended to me by a close family member who described him as awesome and they were not wrong.
Very easy to communicate with, professional and extremely efficient Jason went above and beyond to get the best deal to suit my situation and needs, seamlessly making everything fall into place.

As a first home buyer I expected the whole process to be daunting and stressful... my experience with Jason was nothing of the sort! At every stage of the process Jason went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident about our next steps forward. I was kept in constant communication on all updates, with quick responses to all questions I had - even with him on holidays!
