Jeff has been an advisor to my family for many years. Recently he assisted me in buying my first home. He readily answered all my questions and kept me well-informed of the process. Jeff was personable and patient, and I thank him for his guidance.
Jeff was an incredible help to us in purchasing our home. He took the time to visit us and make sure that he completely understood our mortgage needs (on a Saturday - which I thought was above and beyond!). The mortgage he found us was rather niche (fixed term but with 100% offset) and I don’t think we would have ever found this ourselves.
Jeff also kept us updated throughout the conveyancing process and was ahead of the solicitors in flagging which paperwork was causing hold-ups.
Jeff also seemed like a genuinely lovely guy. My boyfriend used him for a property purchase previously and we went back to him in 2021 because of what great service he provided that time (over a decade ago). Hoping not to have another move but if we do we will definitely speak to Jeff on the finances. Strongly recommend Jeff - a genuine and honest bloke (in a sector I don’t usually trust!)

From my perspective (having complicated investment mortgage loans), what I really like about the service is the selection of possible loans and the assistance in going through the application processes which would otherwise be challenging and burdensome.

Jeff provided a great service, explaining the process and keeping us informed every step of the way.
We have used Jeff in the past and he has proven to be a valued partner through our house purchase. He is always contactable and very helpful through the process. My only recommendation is to provide a step by step list of everything that needs to be done, and by when. We had a hitch in that we did not submit some forms to the bank as early as we could have due to a misunderstaning of the forms being discussed (credit card application forms were not urgent but other application forms were). It nearly delayed the settlement at our expense, however Jeff did a great job in accelerating the approval through his contacts. My advice is you cannot be too specific with what forms are due by when, who has to sign etc.
Jeff was a great support to my fiancee and I during the entire process. Jeff was a great guide in helping us get the loan required for our first house. I have already recommended Jeff to many friends and wish him all the best.

When we first approached Jeff in May 2012 with an urgent request by the end of the financial year he responded exceptionally. After subsequent delays in our estate settlement going into June 2013, Jeff supplied exceptional support and advice ongoing as well. At every step of the way Jeff was able to advise the best solutions and advice at every change in the wind.
Jeff was great at communicating with me through the process of the loan however I sent him an email of inquiry around the time of settlement on my property & he never responded. I felt disappointed by this as he had been recommended by friends & I had chosen to work with him over other options.
Jeff has always been very heplful with my financial requirements. I have recommended him to several work colleagues. If I cannot contact him directly, he returns my calls within an acceptable time.
Excellent service - pity about the bank he chose but I am more concerned with his service which was fantastic.

Jeff Austin went above and beyond what was expected in setting us up with our loan. After a few false starts - having missed out on a couple of properties at auction - it would've been easy to dismiss us as non-serious buyers and not worth wasting any more time on; but Jeff persevered with us and continued to support us until we found our home. We've since recommended him to many of our friends.

Jeff is almost always contactable and if he isn't he will return my call usually within an hour or 2. But the main value I find in using Jeff is that I have complete trust in him which I can't say for many other people that I deal with financially.

I liked the flexibility of my consultant, & the fact I was offered a range of loans with pros & cons for each. As for improvements it may help if you supply applicants (especially first time applicants) with a one page flow chart explaining the end to end
