The adviser continuously updated me the status of the loan and I did not have to do any work except signing some papers.
Jerry and his team have been exceptionally good. This is the fourth (and largest) loan we have taken through him and he was absolutely superb in his service, advise, professionalism and help. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help with our loan. I reckon he's the best consultant in the industry and there's no one I would go to for a loan than him as he has consistently provided the highest quality of service once could expect over all these years.
I would prefer more smaller lenders are considerd.

I and my wife started out first home buying, knowing nothing about the process, procedure and with lots of questions and dilemma. We initially had a thought that everything will go smooth on directly approaching the branch. Fortunately or would even say that it’s God’s move that we have been referred to Jerry which ends up positive and hassle free in every steps. Jerry and his team were awesome throughout the process. When we first met him, we were thinking we were over a year away from buying our first home. 2 months later, we were picking up the keys to our new place. Jerry kept us updated at all times and his advice and guidance was priceless. It wasn't all smooth as our first attempted purchase and first application both did not materialise for various reasons.
