Jim has been such a fantastic broker to work with. He went above and beyond and was able to really clearly explain all the different stages and information that I needed to know. It was evident that he is very knowledgeable and experienced in his line of work. I would highly recommend Jim and I look forward to working with him again in the future
Buying our home was made so simple dealing with mortgage choice our mortgage broker Jim Kiapekos is such a great person to work with, he fully understood our needs and our budget and communicated with us all the time. He was happy to take our calls whenever we needed clarification on anything we didnt understand. I highly recommend using mortgage choice and if your lucky enough to deal with Jim it will go smoothly and the end result is owning your own home

A fantastic Broker and real understanding of what his clients are looking for. Jim was able to guide us through every stage of our loan application process. He has a great understanding of Land & Building Contracts which was very useful & valuable to us building our first home. As first home buyers it is safe to say that Alister and I had little to no idea on how to organise a home loan, or even what we wanted in a home loan. Trying to navigate the real estate market was stressful and frustrating and we wanted to make getting the home loan as simple as easy as possible.
I can say with 100% certainty that if we had not been fortunate enough to meet with Jim, we would not be living in our beautiful house right now. Jim simplified everything for us. He explained every detail clearly and patiently...no matter how many times we asked the same question.

We turned to Mortgage Choice after a bad experience with our bank, on purchasing our second property. Jim went over and above what we expected from a mortgage broker. He was in regular contact with us to explain options and keep us informed of the progress of our applications.
He took all the hard work out of refinancing our existing loan and source a new loan, offering us attractive interest rates, that we would struggle to obtain had we dealt with the banks ourselves. Jim was polite, professional, informative and worked day and night to ensure we were able to reach, what was a tight settlement date.
