We have now used John for a second time to refinance our loan and he has once again exceeded our expectations. The knowledge, thoroughness and prompt updates were so professional (and greatly appreciated as it was a drawn out process due to the lender). John is great and really helped me understand the process. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering him with all my questions (as I am a first homebuyer) and was very clearly knowledgeable in his field
