I felt i must give a review for Jon after the service we recieved. We arrived from overseas and had no idea about how things worked, or where to go. We approached Jon and he was absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly from start to end. Was contactable out of hours and went the extra mile in every way he possibly can. Jon was sincere, genuine and honest. He worked with us to find the best product for our requirements. He explained everything fully and helped us when we had issues with the bank. Jon is a highly recommended person to use, no job is too small. I have not met anyone quite like him and i am pleased to have found him.

Jon was exceptional to deal with. Sincere, genuine, prompt and well-informed. His communication was excellent, regardless of workload. Couldn't give a higher recommendation - given another opportunity we would opt for Mortgage Choice before any others.
Jon was extremely helpful and professional. He was very reciprocal in the question that I asked and provided a very detailed answer. Not one of those people just press on you for money and business.

Explained everything upfront and kept us up to date. Provided excellent customer service. I would be happy to refer any friends or family to Mortgage Choice Rockhampton. AWESOME

I have had a wonderful experience. So easy to communicate. Jon did absolutely everything and above what he said he would do and was so organised on my behalf with organising everything with all parties involved. I will be definitely recommending Jon and Mortgage Choice.
