Jones was absolutely amazing during our loan journey! He always went above and beyond in explaining all of the questions we had and was very helpful during the process. We are very happy with Jones and will recommend him to everybody.

When we started off with our Broker he was really eager to help us. We got the loan application started and that was great we had the first pre-approval through in Nov 2021.I had kept Jones informed of our progress with the new builder. The new conditional approval in February, then we didn't hear from him that whole of March. Then i had sent him an email February22 to March22 requesting the loan approval amount to be changed to match up with the building contract it still took him a few weeks to respond.In May the bank requested closure of the credit card which we did.We had to expodite a complaint email to the Adelaide Bank as we had not been informed our broker had gone overseas several times without notifying us through this process and we weren't able to get a hold of him.It looks like the Adelaide Bank had sent him a message and he emailed us then to say that he was overseas. The broker even said when we got our loan docs that he would go through them with us, when we tried to contact him to make this appointment he was overseas again. We ended up signing these docs on our own.Since our loan has settled we have since found out that our loan was not setup as a construction loan with interest only payment.Being a Lender in my previous job i do not find this service acceptable.Gina M
We are so happy that we came across Mr. Jones. As a first home buyer, we were nervous but he was calm and handled everything very well. He was always there when we needed his advice. We highly recommend his services!

Jones service is amazing. Im impatient waiting for an answer and Jones always was there to answer my call. We usually have our discussions late at night or around 6 in the morning. I doubt there are any other brokers who would go to that length.
Jones was always friendly, happy to come to us and provided excellent service.
