We used Julie when applying for a home loan in 2021 and she was absolutely superb - a great communicator who made the whole process incredibly easy even though our borrowing situation was complex. We were pleasantly surprised last month to see our variable home loan rate decrease. Julie had taken the initiative to negotiate a better rate with the lender - what a star I would definitely recommend Julie to anyone looking for a mortgage broker on the northern beaches.

Julie was very helpful even after there was a possibility i would stick with my original bank (after the work she had already done) appreciated her assistance with making the decision but never felt pressured one way or the other.
