Kapil Nepal has over 18 years’ experience and a business that is based on repeat business and referrals from happy clients. Diligent and hard-working, his priority is to provide top-notch financial services to every customer.

In his day-to-day operations, Kapil’s multilingual background proves a huge asset – he can speak Nepalese and Hindi, as well as English, to connect with clients in a friendly, approachable manner. One of the qualities that Kapil holds highest in his service is his excellent communication. He actively listens to what clients need and identifies the right solution, making sure that the home loans for his clients are competitive in the current market.

It is this solution-orientated mentality that makes Kapil such a great broker – all your short and long term goals will definitely be covered.

Based in Hornsby and Waitara, he offers a fully mobile service and is available to assist clients throughout metropolitan Sydney as well as those living interstate.

Utsab Bhaukaji offers intelligent advice backed by sound industry knowledge, and helps guide his customers through each stage of the lending process. His client-focused approach is informed by careful consideration of what he refers to as the three C’s of credit: “Character, Capital & Capacity”.

“In my opinion, honesty, integrity and consistency with hard-working personal ability is essential in a mortgage broker,” he says.

Utsab holds both a degree and diploma qualifications in accounting and finance, and has worked in a variety of financial roles since 2015, most recently with a large multinational firm. “In my role as Finance Assistant/Officer with this organisation, I gained high-level experience and an immense knowledge of accounting, finance and its principles from core level,” he says.

Since joining the Mortgage Choice team in 2019, Utsab has gained a comprehensive knowledge of the many different loan products available on the market and the different ways they can benefit clients, depending on their unique circumstances and personal goals.

His dedication and industry expertise are complemented by a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. “When arranging loans, my first priority is client satisfaction,” Utsab says. “The motto of my life is ‘Never Give Up and Be Consistent’, and I apply this to all areas of my professional conduct.”

Utsab specialises in assisting clients with residential home loans, both owner-occupied and investment.

Based in Hornsby & Waitara, he offers a mobile service across Sydney and is happy to work with clients in regional NSW, ACT and VIC, QLD, TAS, SA and WA.

Nabin Upadhyay consistently goes the extra mile to ensure his customers feel supported and informed throughout the borrowing process and beyond.

He believes excellent service starts with listening and talking. “The first thing I do is listen to the customer to help gain an understanding of their short- and long-term goals and objectives. I then provide honest, upfront and realistic lending advice and options, always with a focus on their best interests.”

Nabin is proactive about maintaining open lines of communication, and takes the time to discuss various scenarios and situations with his clients to help them understand the complexities of the borrowing process and all the related administrative and legal requirements. He keeps clients updated as their loan is processed and continues to offer support and service post-settlement. “Great customer service is ongoing,” he says. “I stay in regular contact with my clients after settlement to ensure they are satisfied and that their loan is continuing to meet their needs.”

Highly qualified and experienced with the finance and lending industry, Nabin holds a Masters degree in Professional Accounting and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking. He began his career at an international bank, where he gained experience in a range of roles over six years, including accounts, administration, customer service, and both personal and business credit and lending.

Nabin joined the award-winning Mortgage Choice Hornsby team four years ago and has an in-depth knowledge and expertise across all areas of the lending market, available products and policies.

Based in Hornsby & Waitara, Nabin provides a mobile service across Sydney. He specialises in working with first home buyers and investors, organising refinance and referring assets finance. He says the team speak Hindi, Nepalese and English to assist clients from a range of multicultural backgrounds.
