Kara has several strategies to ensure her customers receive the highest level of service and that their borrowing experience is efficient and stress-free. She takes a proactive approach to communication, and is always ready to answer questions and provide assistance as required – by email, over the phone and in person. “I aim to provide 100% service to my clients to help them achieve their dream of owning a home,” she says.
By their nature, mortgages and loans can be highly complex, and Kara expertly guides her customers through their applications with her trademark care and attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is in order to deliver a smooth lending process. “In life, I believe the difference between losing and winning is all in the details,” she says.
Kara joined Smartline in 2020. She has worked in the finance/lending industry for over 15 years and has a proven track record in finance services, customer service and sales. During her career she has won several industry awards in recognition of her dedication and expertise, including a state award in Protection Assets.
Kara is based in Inala. A long-term resident of the western suburbs, she is highly active within the community and has a great knowledge of the local market. She is fully mobile and can assist clients with home loans, investment loans, business and commercial loans and asset finance.
