Katarina was beyond amazing and kept working on a finding a lending solution for us based on our circumstances. Her communication skills should be the envy of many and we couldn't recommend her or Smartline enough!! Very happy customers again!!
I put this task off for three years after my husband passed away as he always took care of these things and I was worried I’d be taken advantage of due to my inexperience. I’m so happy I eventually found Kat through Stephen Noyce. I can’t thank her enough for making something I was dreading so easy and for taking all my confusion away. She was brilliant, her attention to detail outstanding and her ability to explain what my options were without me feeling overwhelmed was great. I’m in a much better position financially, I’m able to afford an overseas family holiday, and I know she will be monitoring and communicating my options moving forward.
