This was my very first home purchase in Australia, and I was quite clueless and nervous as I had no idea how things work here. I made contact with Keven from Mortgage Choice who guided me through every step of the process in the most efficient and professional manner. The mortgage application process flowed smoothly and effortlessly. Kevin guided me through every step along the way ensuring the best possible outcome. He was always available at the end of the phone if I needed him. He really exceeded all of my expectations. Not only does Kevin possess excellent knowledge of the market, he is an absolute joy to deal with, a genuine nice guy doing what he does best. I will definitely go back to Kevin should I need this service again in the future. I am sitting in my new home now writing this, extremely grateful that I was able to get a foot on the property ladder with Kevin's help.

My husband and I were recommended to Mortgage Choice which is where we met Kevin. We were first time home buyers knowing very little about if and how we could purchase a home. Kevin came over to our rental one evening and sat down and went through all the details, from there he made the process very simple for us. We got out home a few months later Once we purchased, Kevin was on hand to guide us through the next steps. We really couldnt have done it without him and should we ever need anything in future we wont need to look anywhere else. Highly recommended
Kevin was fantastic from our very first conversation talking me through the various loan options and them guiding me through the application process. He was never pushing one product and was clearly explaining the proscons of each loan product he was recommending. Once I settled on a product, he also did all of the hard work filling out the forms for pre-approval, etc.
Previously I had been skeptical about the need to use a mortgage broker but having been through the process now using with Kevin, I would use one every single time
Settlement can also be a stressful time hoping and waiting that your lender will respond in a timely manner. I wanted a really short settlement 30 days and Kevin was able to recommend lenders who could achieve that and even followed up with the lender during the settlement period to make sure everything was on track. Couldn't have gone more smoothly

After deciding to use a Mortgage Broker I vetted a shortlist of 6 Brokers in Sydney who I thought to be the the market leaders. After several phone calls and analysis with all on their initial recommendations, rates, banks on panel etc. I choose Kevin to progress with.
He really understood my needs for an investment property loan, to set me up for a purchase now and to make any future purchases easier. He answered all of my questions quickly either by phone or email, he understood my scenario and provides great insight into the process. He stepped me through the entire process from loan selection to signing the final contract and making sure all Offset accounts etc were in place. Since the purchase and loan Kevin has continued to be there if needed. I will definitely be using Kevin's services again in the future and would highly recommend.

He pulled off what no other broker could do for us and we bought our first house He had all bases covered to protect us from one bank falling through and we ended with an amazing rate. Kevin explained everything thoroughly and even helped remind us what we needed to do around settlement with solicitors. Above and beyond. Kevin Reeve from Mortgage Choice was introduced to me by my sister Nelum. I was a single parent with 2 children, mortgage with a financial institution on high interest rates and many monthly hidden fees that was not disclosed, and a new car on a Novated Lease, struggling to make ends meet.
I was very sceptical and didn't think it was possible to refinance with a better financial institution. I therefore challenged Kevin to see if he could find a lender who will take on my mortgage debt with the financial status I was in, due to my previous experience of rejection from many financial institutions as the lenders did not think I was capable of servicing the mortgage.
