I have nothing further to add. My Broker was excellent. It exceeded all my expectations.
Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Khanh Le from Smartline Mortgage is an exceptional mortgage broker. I knew nothing at all about buying a home or getting finance, but Khanh sat down and went through with me in really simple terms.
He was able to answer the myriad of questions and provide guidance to best products and solutions to help us handled quickly, efficiently and his customer service is the best that we have come across. He was always available to answer every question we had. Previously, we had gone directly to banks for our mortgages. We don’t believe that we will ever do that again as long as Khanh is around to assist in the process. We will strongly recommend Khanh to our friends in the future, and we will be certain to use his the next time we require new financing. He is remarkable and a five-star broker, and any organization should be proud to have his working for them.
