When it comes to ensuring her clients receive the care and attention they need and deserve, Katharine is quick to highlight her listening skills and tailored service as critical factors in her success with clients. “It’s vital to take the time to investigate clients’ needs and wants and really listen to their answers,” she explains.
“I also maintain up-to-the-minute knowledge of new products and product changes. So, armed with the right information, I can then tailor a solution with the right lender and loan product to suit the client’s unique circumstances and needs. Likewise, I keep my clients fully informed throughout the entire process and beyond so that they’re involved, knowledgeable and happy with how things are travelling.”
Katharine is approachable and friendly, and takes great pride in the personalised service she offers clients. “I’m proud of the level of service that I offer clients,” she says. “I’m committed to my role as a mortgage broker and I regard every transaction as important. I constantly follow up applications – from start to finish – and then maintain contact with clients after settlement. I’m fortunate to have many repeat clients with whom I’ve had a relationship for many years – and they pay me the greatest compliment by referring friends and family.”
Prior to becoming a mortgage broker in 2007, Katharine spent 17 years with the CBA. She is Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) accredited and holds a Certificate IV in Finance. She is able to support anyone wishing to finance their property purchases.
