Laurice was so professional and kind. I was super anxious and did not understand mortgages but she took time to explain everything. We have secured our dream home thanks to her guidance
We cannot recommend Steve from Mortgage Choice enough. He guided us through every step of the mortgage process and made sure we were informed and knew our options. His communication was excellent and he fought for the best possible outcomes for us. Its great to have someone in your corner advocating for you when dealing with all the different parties. Really happy with his services.

I would 100 recommend Laurice from mortgage choice. As a first home buyer, gaining finance for your first home can be very stressful. Laurice made the process seamless and gave me a realistic view of my finance options, especially with the ongoing interest rate changes. She ensured to take full advantage of any schemes available and was always there to answer any questions I had. Laurice is an amazing broker for anyone looking to purchase their first home

I would highly recommend Smartline Stirling to anyone who requires assistance in applying for and obtaining a mortgage. Steve Nestor has helped me with two new home loan applications and a refinance over the past 6 years and each time he was incredibly effective in achieving the desired result for me.

After multiple recommdtions from close friends and family to talk to Steven Nestor about a home loan I have him a call. With no prior notice and a finance approval approval date closing in fast Steven quickly and precisely informed me of all the best options to sucure my first home with a good lender. He also made sure to inform me of all applicable grants I was eligible for and submitted all relevant application documents on my behalf. He made everything stress free, clear, and easy to understand.
Steve and Lauricer where more than helpful. They kept me up to date with the progress. I would recommend and use Steve again.
