The first step is to compare your current home loan with all the options available from other lenders. Doing this alone could take days of comparing rates, features and possible cash backs. And the reality is - it still may not be the best offer from the lender. 

As your local Mortgage Broker in the Blue Mountains, I have access to over 35 lenders, and I'll compare thousands of loans at once, to see if you are eligible for a better deal. I negotiate the terms with the lender to see if I can secure an even better deal for you: a lower rate, a cashback or a flexible feature you didn't get first time around.

Step 2: Switching

I take you through my findings and which ones will actually save you money in the long run and how much the lenders will charge you to refinance. I don't talk vague figures, I give you exact numbers so you can make a confident decision. If you choose to go ahead, I will arrange the refinance for you.
