Laura accepted us as new clients with zero notice after we had been dealing with another provider that couldn't meet our needs. Laura came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
Laura was very responsive and quickly arranged a meeting where she listened to our needs and concerns with care and understanding. Due to our circumstances and experience with the previous provider, we were working within a very small timeframe, which would have proved impossible for a lesser broker.
Lauras kind manner, her outstanding knowledge and experience shine. Laura clearly has an exceptional knowledge of the home loan market and has relationships with many of the various lenders which allowed her to offer us a range of options and ultimately secured us a great deal on short notice. The only negative I could say was towards the mortgage provider setting up the mortgage. Laura was on top of all of it and did an excellent job fixing up their setup mistakes.

Laura Nadal has made the complete refinance experience so positive. I have already referred others toward Laura and Smartline because I have no doubt in her knowledge and ability to assist my friends also.
