Lynelle was absolutely amazing. As a young couple buying their first home with little knowledge on going forward, Lynelle was incredibly helpful guiding us through every step and helping us along the way and informing us of all the things we needed to know even when we didnt quite understand. She was always available to ask questions and very flexible and always worked in with our hours for phone calls late in the evening. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we would never have been able to make all this happen without her. She was fantastic
