Dealing with Manu was a breeze and he provided great support throughout the loan and home buying process.
My partner and I didn't have the most pleasant run dealing with the seller's realitor and Manu provided us with all the expertise to protect ourselves from being taken advantage of and ensured that all issues were hastily resolved.
Manu made himself available to us at all hours of the day, seven days a week. If we needed to query him for anything we would have a response right away.
Manu made us feel like he was personally invested in our journey and we can not thank him enough for the support and effort he provided to us.
We recently bought a house and had the pleasure of working with Manu Gupta, owner of Mortgage Choice.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a broker in the Perth area.
When we first met with him we indicated we wanted to take out a loan with one of the banks that allow DHOAS. He actually went out of his way to get accredited with Australian Military Bank so we could have the best home loan option apparently only a very small number of brokers are accredited with them.
He was so helpful, knowledgeable and really supported us through what was a very stressful settlement period due to a not so helpful realtor. Ive worked with brokers in the past and Manu exceeded them all.

Manu is a very honest and professional Mortgage broker. His approach is very methodical and systematic. Buying a home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Manu was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. There is simply no possible way this outcome would have been reached if he were not gently steering all parties - through coordinated approach, timely, updates and most critically, his very sound advice.

Although getting finance approved was mostly straight forward, the land transfer side was very complex and unique to my circumstances and there were many issues with settlement. I have been dealing with Mortgage Choice for a while and Manu recently took over my account after Russell retired. Right from the outset it was easy to deal with Manu and he is very contactable at any time of the day including weekends. After getting details from me, I was presented with various options for refinancing, with the pros and cons for each option. I felt that Manu really cared for his clients as he wasnt pushy and spent time going over the different options. I have refinanced 2 loans so far and on both occasions he took time and came to me a few times to get documents signed and to clarify all the questions I had. Manu Gupta is by far the Best mortgage broker we have come across. Has very sound knowledge of the property market and responds promptly with all enquiries.

Manu has been really helpful throughout the process of the mortgage of my house owning as an investment property and then changing it into owner occupied property. As a 1st home buyer and being completely new to the mortgage and loans, he assisted me every step of owning my 1st house. When my bank misplaced my documents that i had supplied them to change my mortgage as an investment property to owner occupied one and took 2 months to do that, Manu actually fought representing me with the bank for being that unprofessional with clients paperwork. Which resulted in bank writing me an apology letter and waving off my 2 months interests. I highly recommend Manu Gupta.
