Honestly I heard great things about going with a broker so decided to go down that path. Took 3 months from application to settlement to re-finance my home. Went with CBA for new loan and only took 1 day to get approved. Won't use smartline again.

Margaret was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and got our loan across the line in a timely manner and kept us informed along the way. I work in finance and wish we had more people like her in our organisation. She was also very knowledgeable in relation to the post approval process and picked up on errors from the vendors solicitor that would have delayed our settlement without her action. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

We cannot recommend Margey highly enough. We have used her service 3 times now and she makes the whole process so easy and hassle free. Margey takes the time to really work out the best value home load for your needs and she constantly updates you along the way. Each and every time we have used her services she has managed to save us money and who doesn't want that? If you are having any doubts about using a mortgage broker then don't as Margey will exceed all of your expectations I can assure you.

Margaret was absolutely fantastic. after we had been approved with one lender a better product came on the market that we qualified for and Margaret proactivley sourced this for us and saved us paying $9500 in lenders mortgage insurance. i was absolutely amazed at the service because she had alredy had our application approved and really didnt need to do anything else, however she choose to go above and beyond for us, which we were extremly grateful for and continue to recommend her to our family and friends.
