The service provided by Mark Chain is far beyond any service we had previously received for a bank lender. Mark Chain went far beyound what was ever expected of him by us having said this we have now passed on Mark Chain's detailes to a number of our close friends who are at the stage where they no longer wish to deal with the banks. I personally hope that this leads on to Mark Chain and Smartline gaining some new costomers and business for both of your great service.

Mark went out of his way to give any and all advice that we asked of him concerning the house purchase. This was done at any time including all weekend. His help was invaluable to us concering the house purchase and we have already recommended him to friends and we will continue to do so.
