Mark is an absolutely fantastic broker
He went above and beyond and worked really hard to get us the best deal with our mortgage. He explains things in a way thats easy to understand and guides you through all the paperwork. Mark also never makes you feel stupid for asking questions about things you dont understand. If you want an amazing broker, look no further than Mark Ellard, You wont be disappointed We whole heartedly recommend him

Mark was an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable broker which made purchasing our first home a lot less stressful than we anticipated. Working in the finance industry and knowing what is required to refinance to another Bank always put me off changing Banks. Upon the recommendation from a colleague we contacted Mark in a bid to find a better interest rate than what we were paying and ended up proceeding with an application. Mark was absolutely amazing going well above and beyond what the level of service expected. On the scoring rates provided I can only give him 10s but really he should get 12s or AAAs. He was able to clearly explain all information so we could understand and answered my many many questions about the whole process of refinancing, purchasing and change of titles involved with our multiple loans, and did all the liaising for us as we were both quite nervous about the whole lot of changes about to make our future life a different one. We could not have done this without all his help. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance loans.

Our adviser was great. Being a first home buyer he made what could be quite overwhelming process easy to understand. All went very smoothly, no problems at all
Mark was helpful throughout the whole process of buying a new house. He would send us RP data on any properties we were interested in. He was contactable even outside working hours. He also really knew his stuff when it came to the various banks and their myriad of products. A possibly stressful process was a lot easier with almost no stress because of Mark
Mark helped me start refinancing our portfolio with different banks by initially moving three properties. It was virtually painless, as he handled the whole procedure and was one step ahead the whole time. He got us a great interest rate with a bank that suited our requirements. He even handled some correspondence with the previous bank, who would otherwise, most likely, have delayed the settlements. He was constantly in communication and obviously is very knowledgable as regards banking procedures and eccentricities. He is currently handling the next two properties with a different bank, and I value his advice and honest approach. He is always there when you need him, always keeps his word, and I would recommend him to anybody, whatever the size of their portfolio.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the help that Mark Ellard gave us throughout the loan process. We were quite over whelmed once we received all the paper work for the loan but with Marks help and explanations filling out the documents we felt allot more confident and at ease. It was great having Mark come to our home to sign documents so that we didn't have to take time off work and it was really nice to have the phone calls to update us on the progress throughout the whole process. The phone calls of congratulations added a personal touch. We will definitely be recommending Marks services to any family or friends who may end up going through the mortgage loan process.

As a 1st time home buyer and new to the Australian system, it was quite a confusing and daunting process but Mark was spot on in his approach. He called me when he said he would and also put me at ease when I had the odd panic and query; he gave me all the right information and in fact pretty much held out hands throughout the whole process to make sure it was as hassle free as buying a house can be! I will highly recommend him to friends and colleagues and will also go back to him for advise on other financial products in the future.

We decided to go with homesite for our home loan. Not convinced if this has been a good choice as yet as the process seemed to take a extremely long time. This started with loan approval which seemed to take longer then normal. Then settlement we seemed to have to chase. Not sure if this was westpac fault or homesite.
Saved me hours and hours of my time trying to look at all the different loans on offer. Also made applying for a new home loan very easy and kept me up to date on the loan applicant and settlement.
Mark was great. He work 200% on our loan, He was one of the best people i have ever dealt with ever.
