Mark came highly recommended to us by a family member and was without doubt worth the recommendation. He was incredibly responsive, efficient and helpful, taking as much time as I needed to talk through options and get me a fantastic outcome when needing to refinance in a fairly complex situation. I can't speak more highly of him and will definitely use him in future.

I had previously consulted a number of Brokers who all used a similar approach and all came back with a Sorry, but I cant help you. I then approached Mark and discussed my objectives. Mark used some out of the box thinking and managed to achieve well in excess of my expectations. That included refinancing and equity release on two properties as well as obtaining a home loan for me. All at extremely competitive rates and terms. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone who requires broking services. Mark is exceptional and provides excellent service and outcomes.

When we had to get our finance approved whilst simultaneously refinancing a 2nd property, all within a 5 week deadline from absolute scratch, it seemed totally impossible! However Mark helped us through it each step of the way.
