Mark Reber is an outstanding mortgage broker who goes above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail, and care for his clients is second to none. He is an absolute delight to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
This is the second housing loan I have gone through Mark to get and he was brilliant as usual. I went back to Mark he has so much knowledge of finance and banking. In the initial research phase, Mark provided lots of loan options and talked me through the pros and cons of each option, he is completely independent and is not at all pushy. Once I chose a bank and got conditional approval, I made an offer on a house and had to get unconditional approval from the bank and settle quickly. Mark went above and beyond in helping to meet the tight timeframe in a market where interest rates are constantly changing. He responded to emails at night and on the weekend, he drove out to my house on the other side of town and to my work to sign papers and he gave me so much of his time to talk me through the process. Mark was constantly providing updates and driving the bank to turn things around quickly. I highly recommend Mark.

Marks knowledge as a Mortgage Broker and his careful analysis and objectivity of the mortgage market, as set against our requirements, was first class. That this was matched by such a lovely man who put our needs first and followed through on every detail of the deal we ultimately struck, was more amazing. Mark Reber has been my mortgage broker for nearly 20 years and has successfully assisted me with my original mortgage, as well as with subsequent refinances.
Mark has always given me a range of options to choose from, listened to my needs and offered service that best suits my current needs.
When I first met Mark he explained that he would never encourage me to over extend myself, even if on paper I could technically borrow more.
Mark has always been a terrific sounding board when I've enquired about different options and I trust Mark's advice and recommendations.
Most recently, Mark has facilitated a refinance to renovated my home. We discussed different lenders and mortgage options and he was able to negotiate a great deal with my existing lender that meets my needs and offers great flexibility.
My income stream had changed and Mark was able to act on my behalf and in my best interest to secure a positive outcome without any hassle.

I first met Mark Reber in the early 2000s when he helped me refinance my home in Richardson in Canberra. He was very helpful, explained everything in very simple terms and offered sound advice. In 2012, he assisted in my partner and I in securing a loan to purchase a holiday home in Batemans Bay.
Now in 2021, he assisted me in refinancing my mortgage to enable some home improvements. The current financial climate has made it difficult for self employed people to secure loans, but Mark's vast network and experience helped us find a product that works for us. He kept us in the loop at every stage - his communication skills are excellent.
