From the very beginning of our mortgage refinancing process Mark has been friendly, approachable, clear, and kept us updated on every step of the process. Mark listened to our needs and respected our wishes to go with the lender who is not involved in investment in fossil fuels. We did not want to go with the cheapest option but with the most ethical and Mark found us a very good mortgage deal which went ahead very smoothly with no stress. After having some stressful experiences with a previous broker and a previous bank, we are very grateful to Mark for his professionalism, efficiency and communication. Our mortgage broker, Mark Roberts, has been nothing short of amazing. After being messed around by many brokers before Mark, he couldn't of come at a better time. He was straight up and honest from the beginning. Extremely helpful and proactive explaining the construction loan process. We had quite a complex situation with adding my husband onto the land title, adding my husband onto our mortgage loan and then re-financing with a different bank under a construction loan. Mark made the process so simple.
Mark is always readily available (even while on holidays) to answer or reassure you with any queries you have!

My advisor was friendly, very accessible and ready to discuss issues issues I raised along the way. I think I am uncomfortable with handing work like this (difficult client) and that this flavours my rating. I will, however, continue down the path of this experience to see if I get more comfortable as I go - and my advisor makes this a friendly experience.

I had 2 loans processing around the same time both were with ANZ and both had problems. Mark did extremely well in the situation he was put in by the bank and tried to keep me informed as much as possible and was always available to answer questions. The bank managed to lose documents twice. They also approved finance only to issue papers and had added a further $3500+ onto the loan. This nearly stuffed up settlement as papers had to be re-issued. If I didn't already have an initial loan with the ANZ I would would be looking else where. Mark worked extremely hard with the settlement agent again with problems with the bank and also with the agent and an extremely difficult vendor.
I have been dealing with Mark since i purchaced my first little apartment about 11 years ago
since then i have utilized his expertise several times,and at times under extreme time and availability constraints on my behalf.He has since been involved with most of my family members and several friends.Id recommend him to anyone without hesitation

Mark went above and beyond the call of duty - this simple loan should have been done easily, however Homeside decided to make it the longest and hardest loan process ever completed!! The whole process took 3 months due to Homeside inability to follows their own procedures on our previous line of credit attached the house. Mark fought very hard for us and in the end we had to submit this to the Banking Ombudsman for resolultion - of which was in our favour and saved us over 9K in fees that Homeside wanted to charge. Mark was superb and truly needs to be regognized for his tenacity,resilience and problem solving abilites! I could not have done this without him. Thanks so much Mark - you're a legent

I have used Mark for several loans now and he has always delivered exceptional customer service. The only area that I would like to see some focus is on engagement with the client to review and discuss the various loan options on the market. Perhaps Mark already knew that the loan we went with was the best solution however, some time spent with the client to assure them that this assessment has been carried out would be beneficial.

Mark was great. Always left messages as we are not easily contactable due to our work. Plus he always answered my emails promptly when I had enquiries. He also came to our house to do the interview which we appreciated. Mark was reccomended by a friend and we would certainly pass on his name to our friends and colleagues.
Mark persisted with communication in a process that was not helped by poor administration processes at the bank in question. His communication with this towards me was personal and prompt.
