I was first introduced to Rod Holt Smartline over two years ago by a friend who had gone through difficult times. Rod came with high recommendation and so some time later I contacted the Smartline Dunsborough branch. Rod and his team including Gai were amazing. He managed after some time to get my current line of credit down to an all time low of 2.19% which means my mortgage payments had approximately halved. Although they are over a longer period I was happy with his advise as I am able to pay it off much quicker. Thanks again to Rod and the team and I will definately be recommending Rod and the team !!!

I am the wrong person to ask this question. Although the characters I encountered in the process were decent enough people, the overall dealing with Bankwest through the broker has been rubbish.

The only problem I had was BankWest and LMI. BankWest are hopeless and once I have finished building I will contact Rod and re-finance. Rod was very supportive and embarassed about how BankWest treated the deal.

I never know whether it's the right loan package for us until down the track when I discover other factors. At the time of organising a loan, the priority for us is always on obtaining the loan in a timely manner. Rod kept us informed of the process and we attained our loan.
